Will I receive my tickets in time for the event? Even if it is taking place in the next 24-48 hours?
Yes! While we recommend buying a ticket as early as possible as availability often decreases as events approach, all tickets are guaranteed to be delivered in time for an event once the order is confirmed.




When will my credit card be charged?
When you place an order, a reserve will be placed on the funds through your credit card account. However, the funds are not captured until after your order is confirmed by the respective seller. You will receive an email notification once your order is confirmed.




What payment methods are accepted?
Payment can be made using most major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) as well as PayPal. PayPal payments may only be made online; all phone orders must be charged to a credit or debit card. A single form of payment must be used for each transaction. All charges are in US Dollars.




What if the event is cancelled?
If an event is cancelled with no postponement and will no longer take place you will receive a full refund for your purchase as soon as the event is confirmed cancelled by the venue. If an event is postponed your tickets will still be valid at the rescheduled date.




What happens if I left my ticket at home?
It is strongly stressed to ensure your tickets are printed at home prior to attending the event. If you forget your tickets, we recommend you stop by the box office at the event. We’ll verify your information and purchase, which will then allow us to reprint the ticket as necessary.




The name on the ticket is not mine. Will I have issues at the event?
The name on the ticket is the name of the original purchaser. This is normal industry practice and will not be an issue if different than your own name. This is similar to if, for example, you had purchased group tickets or a ticket for someone else. Rest assured, all tickets are guaranteed to be completely transferable and the name of the attendee does not need to match the print on the ticket itself.




My Tickets sold, how do I confirm the sale?
To confirm your listing, log into your account and click “unconfirmed sales” under “my sales” on the left side of the page. From there you will see any orders pending confirmation and the links to do so.




Is there a charge for listing tickets on the Ticket Exchange?
It is absolutely free to list tickets on the Notre Dame Ticket Exchange powered by Vivid Seats. Once your tickets sell you will pay an industry low 10% commission which will be deducted from your total sale price. This fee is in place to ensure a hassle-free transaction between you and the buyer of the tickets. If the tickets do not sell there will be no charge.




Is the price shown for one ticket or a group of tickets?
The price displayed with each listing indicates the price per ticket before any fees or tax (if applicable.) During the checkout process, the full price breakdown of your order is displayed in a box on the right side of the page. This breakdown details the price per ticket, all service and delivery charges, and the total price:




If I wait to buy, will prices change?
Vivid Seats and the Notre Dame Ticket Exchange operate as a live marketplace where ticket availability is constantly changing. Ticket prices are frequently updated by sellers. If you wait to purchase a specific set of tickets those tickets may be purchased or priced differently before they are able to be purchased. We cannot hold tickets for customers to purchase at a later time.




How will I receive my tickets?
Different delivery methods are used based on the type of tickets available and depending on when the tickets are made available by the Venue University. All tickets purchased through the exchange are 100% guaranteed to be delivered in time for the event.

All seats purchased together will be side-by-side unless specified otherwise. Because sold tickets are often purchased out of larger groups of tickets, seat numbers are not guaranteed until the time of delivery. However, unless they are marked as “piggyback seats” or similarly notated they will absolutely be side by side.

Do I have to pay shipping charges?
No, you will not be responsible for any shipping fees. The fees are paid by the buyer at purchase and we will provide a shipping label to send the tickets If they are to be shipped.




How are ticket prices determined?
Vivid Seats does not own or generate tickets but instead operates as a marketplace and intermediary between ticket sellers and buyers. All ticket prices are set by the independent ticket resellers. Sellers’ price the tickets based on the current “market value” which can fluctuate based on a number of factors such as demand, seat location, weather, etc. For this reason the listed ticket prices are subject to change at any time and may be higher or lower than the price displayed on the tickets themselves which is known as the “face value.”




Can I cancel my order for a refund?
All sales in the Notre Dame Ticket Exchange are final. If you are no longer able to attend an event you are welcome to resell your tickets through the Exchange at http://www.vividseats.com/sell . If your tickets have not yet been sent to you at the time of you reselling them we will have them sent directly to the new customer and you will receive payment for the tickets upon delivery.
